Known for his imaginative flavor pairings and artistic balance of fresh ingredients, sauces, and textures, Chef Loma reinterprets the traditional Japanese omakase(“chef’s choice”) with a bold, Southern twist.

Hosted by Elic Purvis, whose eye for aesthetic detail shapes the evening’s visual and atmospheric experience, Lomakase is more than a meal — it’s a curated immersion in flavor, design, and connection.
