The Lock Tender Supper Club is a monthly pairing dinner highlighting a standout craft producer alongside a four-course tasting menu prepared by our kitchen. Each course is paired with a thoughtfully selected beer.

From our side of the bar, featuring Fidens Brewing Co. this January feels especially meaningful. Their story reflects everything we admire in craft—starting small, learning by doing, and pursuing quality without shortcuts. What began as road trips, shared cans, and a love for hop-forward beer has grown into a brewery defined by intention, discipline, and grit. We’re excited to build an evening around that spirit, one course and one pour at a time.
