Each course is prepared in-house by the Lock Tender kitchen and intentionally paired with a distinct Finback style highlighting balance, contrast, and the character of each pour. This guided dinner is paced and communal, designed for conversation and a deeper appreciation of thoughtful food and beer pairings.

Finback Brewery has become one of New York City’s most celebrated craft breweries, known for bold, expressive beers that push the boundaries of modern brewing. Founded in Queens in 2014 by Basil Lee and Kevin Stafford, Finback built its reputation on intensely aromatic hazy IPAs, decadent stouts, and creative small-batch releases that blend technical precision with artistic experimentation. Their beers are layered, vibrant, and unmistakably New York—often featuring imaginative ingredient combinations and striking visual design to match what’s in the glass.
