A little more about Chrissy + C & C Bakery:
C & C is Ran by me (chrissy) and my husband Chris Bartels. I started my sourdough journey in June 2023. I researched how to make my own starter and as soon as I got that established a couple months later I made my first loaf. I always loved the thought of fresh bread and having a way to connect with my food again even if it was just bread. At the same time I was also trying to run a small business at the time and mentally just needed an escape and sourdough became that. Finally in December of 2023 I got my first successful loaf and after a couple months of making consistent loaves I decided to take the leap in February 2024 to post spots for my bread. I honestly thought no one would be interested but my spots filled and there’s been no looking back since! I then had the idea to open a sourdough stand that I opened in October which was a huge hit in the community.
I offer a variety of sourdough. I do original, everything bagel, jalapeno cheddar (customer favorite ) and roasted garlic & herb (customer favorite), cranberry orange, cinnamon swirl (my favorite) & chocolate chip! I also started adding bagels & sweet treats!
