Local Limelight: Wine Tasting Experience with ROV Honey

Introducing our first collaboration in the Local Limelight series — a monthly feature celebrating local artisans and creators whose craft beautifully complements the wine experience. Each collaboration reflects the same values we pour into every glass: authenticity, quality, and a deep-rooted sense of place.
For this edition, join us for a guided wine tasting that explores the harmony between wine and honey — and how these pairings can inspire your own festive gatherings. Guests will enjoy a curated flight of wines paired with ROV Honey, a small-batch, organic honey from the wild landscapes of Uzbekistan, harvested naturally in spring and summer, and hand-packed in Singapore.
The tasting features ROV’s Classic Honey, light and floral with mountain-blossom notes, alongside an exclusive first taste and public launch of their new Hot Honey — a slow infusion of guajillo and habanero peppers that brings gentle heat and depth. To elevate the experience, a complimentary charcuterie board will be served, thoughtfully curated to complement both the wines and honeys.
