About this Event

Join us for our 3rd Annual Wort Rally! 🍻 This is the perfect opportunity for local homebrewers to share their creations with other craft beer enthusiasts. Beers will be judged by industry peers during a private judging on Friday, October 9th. Prizes awarded and People's Choice (public judging) on Saturday, October 10th. Also enjoy networking with fellow beermakers on this special day in the Biergarten.

Timeline:

🖊 Homebrewer Sign-Up: Friday, July 17th - August 7th

🌡 Homebrewer Wort Pick-Up (homebrewers, get brewing!): Friday, August 14th (3-9pm)

🍻 Beer Drop-Off (at brewery): Wednesday, September 30th- October 7th

🥇 Private Judging: Friday, October 9th

🏆 Public tasting (People's Choice) and Awards: Saturday, October 10th | 1-4pm

*Brewer's Choice will get to scale up their recipe to be on tap at the brewery (does not need to be present at Wort Rally to win)!

Rules to Note!

❎ NO Lambic/Wild Sours

❎ For 5 gallon entry, 12 oz of hops total-- Of that 12 oz, max of 8 oz can be dry hop

❎ Recipe used: 60% Pilsner, 20% Munich, 20% Vienna

❎ Gravity, PH, water profile, and grain bill percentages to be emailed at a later date to those who have entered

🎟 One Wort (5 gal.)- ONE Entree is $35

Friday, August 14th: Homebrewer Wort Pick-Up (homebrewers, get brewing!)

Info: This is when participating homebrewers pick up their wort to brew with.

Wednesday, September 30th- October 7th: Beer Drop-Off (at brewery)

Info: Beers from participating local homebrewers can be dropped off between October 1st and October 8th during business hours (Sun-Thurs 11am-9pm, Fri & Sat 11am-10pm).

Friday, October 9th: Private Judging

Info: Beers will be judged by industry peers during a private judging on Friday, October 9th.
