Local Homebrewers' Wort Rally Submission Ticket

Join us for our 3rd Annual Wort Rally at River Ridge Brewing! 🍺 This is the perfect opportunity for local homebrewers to share their creations with other craft beer enthusiasts. Beers will be judged by industry peers during a private judging on Friday, May 1st. Prizes awarded and People's Choice (public judging) on Saturday, May 2nd. Also enjoy networking with fellow beermakers on this special day on the patio along the mighty Mississippi.

Timeline:
🖊 Homebrewer Sign-Up: Friday, February 6th - Friday, February 27th

🌡 Homebrewer Wort Pick-Up (homebrewers, get brewing!): Friday, March 6th | 3-9pm

🍺 Beer Drop-Off (at brewery): Wednesday, April 22nd - Wednesday, April 29th *Drop 2 bottles off (more details emailed by River Ridge Brewing Headbrewer)

🥇 Private Judging: Friday, May 1st

🏆 Public tasting (People's Choice) and Awards: Saturday, May 2nd | 1-4pm

*Brewer's Choice will get to scale up their recipe to be on tap at the brewery (does not to be present at Wort Rally to win)!

Rules to Note!

❎ NO Lambic/Wild Sours/Kettle Sours are OK

❎ For a 5-gallon entry, hops are limited to 12 oz total, with a maximum of 8 oz used for dry hopping

❎ Recipe: Grist: 80% Pilsner / 20% Vienna

❎ Gravity, PH, water profile, and grain bill percentages to be emailed at a later date to those who have entered

🎟 One Wort (5 gal.)- ONE Entree is $35

*Ticket includes wort and lidded bucket
