The popular Local Food and Craft Fair, organised by Local Enterprise Office Galway, returns to the Black Box Theatre at the end of November – and this time it’s even BIGGER AND BETTER!The event showcases Galway designers, handcrafted goods and artisan produce, with over 50 stands featuring the best in locally produced gifts. The event has traditionally taken place over 2 days, however, due to popular demand and the ongoing success of the event, this year’s fair will run for 6 days, from Thursday November 27th to Tuesday December 2nd.
Barnardo the Magician returns again this year to keep the kids entertained with balloon creations and magic shows over the course of the weekend – guaranteeing a great family day out!
The 2025 event runs from Thursday 27th November until Tuesday 2nd December at the Black Box Theatre, Dyke Road, Galway, and entry is free. There is also ample car parking on-site.
Opening Hours:
Thursday 27th November from 4.30pm until 7pm
Friday 28th November from 10am until 7pm
Saturday 29th November from 10am until 6pm
Sunday 30th November from 10am until 5pm
Monday 1st December from 10am until 5pm
Tuesday 2nd December from 10am until 4pm
To help visitors from across Galway enjoy this year’s extended Local Food and Craft Gift Fair, a free bus service will be running across the county.
