Course I: Appetizer
Dish: Lemongrass Soup
Lemongrass, mini bell peppers, cilantro, green onions, and button mushrooms
Wine Pairing: ’23 Matanzas Creek Chenin Blanc
Aromas of white flowers, lemongrass, melon, pear, mango, and a delicate salinity. The palate reveals saline notes with pepino melon, prickly pear, and green banana with a salty, bright acidity.
Course II: Salad
Dish: Thai Beef Salad
Bibb lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, roasted Thai chili peppers, and mint
Wine Pairing: ’23 LaCrema Sonoma Pinot Noir
Vibrant red cherry aromas intertwine with enticing cola, sweet spice, and blackberry tones.
Course III: Entrée Options
Option 1: U10 Scallop Curry
Jasmine rice, red curry, fish sauce, Thai basil, zucchini, carrots, coconut milk, lemons, and limes
Wine Pairing: ’23 Copain Daybreak White Blend
Aromas of tangerine, orange peel, yuzu, jasmine, and chamomile. The multi-layered palate offers white peach, blood orange, guava, green apple, and almond.
Option 2: Bone-In Ribeye
Shiitake mushroom mashed potatoes or baby red potatoes, shallots, and red onions
Wine Pairing: ’21 Silver Palm Cabernet Sauvignon
Seductive scents of ripe blackberry, roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and cinnamon. Deep dark fruit flavors are enhanced by savory coffee, chocolate, and vanilla tones from 12 months’ aging in French and American oak barrels.
Course IV: Dessert
