📚 Local Authors Event: Readings, Buy a Book, Q&A, and Open Mic
-Join us in celebrating local authors and the power of storytelling, poetry and learning about story telling prompts!
-Throughout the event, each featured writer will take the stage for up to 10 minutes to read from their book, share their creative process, or answer audience questions. There might even be a chance for the community to use the Open Mic. This will be run by Angelika Brewer, Ogden City’s Poet Laureate.
-Whether you’re an avid reader, a curious writer, or just love a good story, this is your chance to connect with the voices shaping our local literary scene. We’ll also open up the floor for an author-themed open mic—so bring your words, your questions, and your curiosity.
-Buy a book, great conversations await as this is the party of The Local Artisan Collective’s 9th Birthday so you know there will be lots of fun happening.
-This Utah Humanities Book Festival event is made possible through partnership with Utah Humanities.
