We’re excited to introduce Utah Author Day at Folklore Bookshop! This is a special annual opportunity for self-published and independent Utah authors to promote their books in-store. This event will give local authors the chance to: connect directly with readers, promote and sign their books, & build visibility within our community.
Because we receive more event requests than we can host throughout the year, this allows us to support more authors in a structured, manageable way.
How it works:
Authors must submit an application for review
Selected participants will pay a $30 participation fee
Authors will be given designated time/space in-store to promote their book.
This small fee helps us cover staffing, coordination, and event support. Spots will be limited to maintain quality and flow.
