The Evolutionists fuse classic soul samples into an original, fresh mix of Hip Hop and R&B. Fronted by New England Music Award winners Ruby Shabazz and Fee the Evolutionist, the group is backed by a powerhouse ensemble of the region's most accomplished jazz and funk instrumentalists. Ruby's soulful vocals evoke the classic R&B legends of the past, while Fee delivers a unique flow reminiscent of golden-era emcees. Together with their world-class rhythm section, they create a high-energy groove that keeps the crowd rocking.
