The Finestkind
The Finestkind’s soulful sounds resonate out of Maine’s rocky coast, from gritty Low-Tide Funk to inspirational Evergreen Roots. Known for their review shows where the band, composed of some of Maine's most seasoned musicians, backs some of the state's premier artists. For the artists, It’s like driving a Ferrari. For the audience, it’s an invitation to experience the breadth of talent coming out of Maine. And though they may not know the individual artists, they will always know that when The Finestkind comes to town, they’ll be in for a treat.
In 2025 The band released its debut EP, RESURGAM. A collection of grooves and moods composed by drummer and band leader Dan Boyden. They have also been releasing songs from their collaboration with local troubadour, Connor Garvey. The latest single, So Simple, brings in Dominic Lavoie on backing vocals for a Beatle-esque tune about showing up for those you love when times get hard.

Kenya Hall
Based out of Portland, Maine, Kenya Hall has shared stages with incredible local and national acts such as The Roots, Dr. John, Lettuce, Jaw Gems, Rustic Overtones, Adam Deitch, Jon Fishman, Nigel Hall, Shemekia Copeland, and Fred Wesley.
As one-of-a-kind as it gets, Kenya’s musical artistry weaves together indomitable vocals with a fierce blend of soul and funk delivered with a rare energy that leaves every audience she sings to better for having been a part of it.
Drawing her writing and performing influences from Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, and Sharon Jones, Kenya is not only relevant in what she says, but poignant in how she communicates it. Leaning heavily on Soul, Hip Hop, Funk, and the seed of what makes a rock and roll artist — Kenya is here to deeply inspire and elevate the world around her.

Connor Garvey
Connor Garvey is an award-winning singer-songwriter from Portland, Maine, with the amiable presence of an entertainer, the lyrical depth of a poet, and the enchantment of a storyteller.
First time listeners often are drawn to Garvey’s engaging performance style, accomplished musicianship, and memorable melodies. But his lyrics project a depth and sincerity that allow the observant listener to find meaning beyond the catchy hook. “Connor isn’t afraid to tackle some heavy-duty subjects” writes Americana Highways.

Cilla Bonnie
Cilla Bonnie is a bassist, singer and songwriter whose soulful grooves and distinctive voice have built a devoted following over two decades of performing, touring, and recording.
Cilla works across roles: as a solo artist, she writes all her songs and arrangements, often performing in stripped-down formats (bass + vocal) or with a tight trio for full-band grooves. Her sound draws from R&B and soul influences while embracing structural rock dynamics — a blend that gives her music both intimacy and power.
In performance, Cilla is known for bringing warmth and authenticity — whether she’s performing solo in an intimate venue or laying down low-end grooves that get an entire room swaying. Her dedication to crafting honest, soulful music sets her apart.
