AUDITION DETAILS
• Auditions are by appointment only.
• Local talent is strongly encouraged to attend.
• This call is for adults only. Youth actor auditions for On Your Feet will be held at a later date.
AEA ACTORS may reserve an audition time by calling (978) 232-7200 x 7280 between 11 am and 1 pm on January 26 and 27.
NON-UNION ACTORS may sign up for an audition slot beginning Monday, January 26, at 10:00 am by visiting: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0F44A8AB2FA3F4C25-54234423-2025
AUDITION DETAILS
• Bring a current headshot, resume, and your book.
• Everyone will sing first.
• Please prepare a brief, 16-bar cut from a song of your choice. If able, have a contrasting cut prepared.
• Bring sheet music in the correct key - an accompanist will be provided.
• You may sing from a show in the season if you’d like.
• Time permitting, you may be asked to read – sides will be provided in the room.
• Dance callbacks will be held at the end of each morning and afternoon session. If asked to dance, please bring appropriate dance attire and footwear.
• NOTE: We will be operating at a very strict, limited capacity. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session. Please arrive as “audition-ready” as possible, as changing areas and warm-up space will be limited. Once you are released, you may be asked to leave the building to allow space for the next session’s attendees.
VIDEO SUBMISSIONS will be accepted by those unable to attend in person, but are likely to be considered only after in-person auditions have commenced. It is always best to be seen in person, if you are able.
• Sides and submission details will be posted by early February. Please continue checking the Theatre By The Sea website for further updates.
• Audition notices will also be posted to Playbill, etc., prior to any calls and/or video submission requests.
• Actors interested in NYC principal appointments should submit via their agent or through Actors Access to the appropriate breakdown.
