Get ready to experience the innovative mind of Head Chef, Rene Mobius, as he delivers an exceptional Western Rock Lobster menu in collaboration with WA’s own Brolos. Hailing from Geraldton, Brolos are supplying world-renowned exceptional local Western Rock Lobster caught here in WA.
On the day, you’ll savour the exquisite flavours of Western Rock Lobster variations, from our signature lobster toast to woodfired whole Western Rock Lobster. Plus, a curated drinks menu by award-winning Drinks Creative, Max Giudice.
