A smaller, faster and more affordable version of my last 5-course Mexican dinner event since everyone went crazy for these grilled spiny lobsters!
Enjoy a huge plate of grilled lobster with guacamole, grilled onions, tortillas and salsa verde, plus a side of "frijoles charros" (cowboy soup). It's a festive dinner to indulge!
Drink:
A craft beer or drink of choice is included by our host Southern Brewery. "Aguas frescas" and other non-alcoholic drinks are also available.
