- Review & update (if necessary) the Current Constitution, By-Laws & Playing Rules.
- Review & vote on written nominations for the current vacant Executive Roles which includes : Vice President, Secretary & Registrar, plus 3 x general committee members.
All positions are a 2 year commitment.
Nominations for the above positions or any motions are to be in submitted in writing via email to a current executive member or via post sent to – PO Box 1270, Bunbury WA 6230 no later than 30th October 2026.
- Treasurers Finance Report
- Future fundraiser Ideas
- Discuss new player recruitment strategies
- Set the new season playing fees
- Review season format – 4 or 6 a side (depending on players registrations)
- Discussion of written motions & any general business arising.
Old & new members are encouraged to attend. 😊
