Join us for the next stop of Lizzie Ramey’s Run Club presented by LSKD - a morning all about movement, connection + community!
Lizzie created her run club to make running feel welcoming, fun + accessible at every pace. After experiencing firsthand how running helped build her confidence, she wanted to create a space where others could find that same feeling. Rooted in her “YEP!” mentality, it’s all about saying yes to challenges, growth, showing up for yourself + supporting each other along the way.
We’ll kick off the morning with a connection activity before heading out for an all-levels 5K. Whether you run, jog, or take it at your own pace, everyone is welcome.
After the run, stick around for complimentary drinks, build-your-own bouquets, raffles + time to hang with the community. The first 50 attendees will also receive an exclusive goodie bag, plus you’ll have the opportunity to shop Lizzie’s exclusive LSKD tee.
