This walk is part of a series of walks in which we will be slightly upping the pace and walking a little further than the usual social walks.
Everyone is welcome to join us for this walk, starting at Cadgwith and taking in Church Cove on a circular route of around 5 miles (approx. 3 hours). We will be taking in the surrounding countryside and dramatic coastline including the Devil's Frying Pan, with the opportunity to spot seals and choughs.

What to bring and wear
Please come in sturdy footwear and bring some waterproofs in case of showers. Walking poles are advisable and we will have some spares for people to borrow.
Accessibility
The route follows sections along the South West Coast Path, including uneven ground, steep gradient, steps and a number of stiles. The walk can be muddy so please wear sturdy boots, trainers will not be suitable.

Dogs welcome on a lead. We may pass through fields where cattle are present.
