Quentin Lucas is a writer, storyteller, performer, and founder of One-Minute Story. His essays have appeared in The American Scholar and Truly Adventurous, and he holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College. For more than six years, he has taught storytelling and creative writing through organizations including GrubStreet and the Boston Public Library.
His work moves between personal narrative, poetry, cultural criticism, and the craft of storytelling, with a particular interest in identity, Black masculinity, fatherhood, vulnerability, and the stories we construct to survive.
