Step into the quiet energy of winter with a 2-hour slow and nourishing workshop of gentle movement, meditation, and intention-setting.
Through yin-inspired Living Yolates, breath, guided Yoga Nidra, sound healing, and journaling, you are invited to slow down, release what has been, and create space for the new — entering the year ahead with clarity and calm.
