Diabetes UK welcomes you to join us for an education and awareness day.
Sign up for free to find out how to manage your Type 2 diabetes well. With talks and workshops from local healthcare professionals and expert's you can expect to hear about day to day management of Type 2 diabetes, Medic*tion, annual reviews, diet and exercise, foot care, emotional health, eye screening and more.
There will be a chance to put any burning questions to the professionals and also to feedback on what you think about local services and where you would like to see improvements.
You will also get the opportunity to meet other people living with diabetes in your local community.
Lunch and refreshments are included and parking is free at the venue.
