Learn simple methods and easy to learn practices. Discover the benefits of Qigong and Tai Chi as an applied method for healing, as we practice gentle movement together to activate and enhance the Qi (energy) to activate your bodies capacity to heal. Practices can be done laying down, seated or standing. Wear comfortable loose fitting clothes, bring water.
