Living Well with MS: Information and Support - West Herts

Join us for an afternoon designed to inform, support, and connect people affected by MS. Doors open at 1:00pm, where you’ll be welcomed with registration, tea, and coffee.

At 1:30pm, the event starts promptly with an overview of the MS Society’s local and national support, highlighting the services, resources, and support available to you. You’ll also hear a research update sharing the latest developments from MS studies around the world, offering insight into emerging knowledge.

Staff from the West Herts Neurological Rehabilitation Service will be there to help you explore practical ways to manage invisible symptoms, including fatigue, and talk openly about normalising the day‑to‑day experiences that often go unseen. This is a space to learn, reflect, and feel understood.

The event is completely free, and you’re welcome to bring a family member or friend. We also want to hear from you—your experiences, your needs, and your ideas. There will be dedicated time to share feedback on the local neuro service and discuss what would make the biggest difference in your support.

We’ll finish with time for questions and informal conversation, giving you the chance to connect with others, chat with speakers, and build supportive local links.

The venue is fully accessible with flat access and plenty of free parking for everyone.
