Living Well with Memory in Mind

Join us for a community drop-in on the 3rd March at Beaulieu Community Centre!

The first “Living well with…” session, this session is for anyone interested in preventing memory loss, or concerns about memory concerns or Dementia. Whether for yourself or you’re caring for someone, planning for the future, or simply looking for advice, there’s something for everyone. Come along to connect with others to discover resources that help you live well today and prepare for tomorrow. A great opportunity to meet friendly local services, support groups, talk to professionals for practical tips for living well, staying independent, caring for yourself and others to finance and legal issues.
