Register to join the Southwest Idaho Area Agency on Aging for a FREE 6-week workshop, each Wednesday July 23-August 27, designed to help you 'Live Well' with an ongoing health condition, like diabetes. Learn self-management tools such as:
-nutrition and healthy eating
-preventing complications
-managing difficult emotions
-action-planning
-and much more!
This workshop is open to everyone - diabetic, pre-diabetic, family, friends, and caregivers.
*Register by July 22, then plan to attend all six classes of the workshop*
