Join us for a free, welcoming exhibition for people affected by dementia, sight loss or hearing loss, as well as families, carers and professionals.This event is a partnership between Community Resource, Radfield Home Care, and Sight Loss Shropshire, bringing together over 70 organisations offering support, advice, services, and accessible technology to help people live well and stay independent.

Find practical help, advice and information
Learn about equipment and technology designed to improve everyday life
Whether you are looking for support for yourself, someone you care for, or simply want to understand what is available locally, this event is the best place to start.
A free shuttle bus, sponsored by Housing Plus Group, will run from Shrewsbury Train Station to the exhibition at Theatre Severn.
