Join us for a day of self-care and wellness at the 3rd Annual Living Art Boston! This special event is a collaboration between Living Art Boston Founder Taneshia Camillo-Sheffey, Urban Labs Founder Malia Lazu, and OB-GYN physician/wellness expert Dr. Lucy Lomas. Together, we share a passion for empowering individuals through art and holistic wellness.

Our journey began with shared experiences around mental health and birthing, which led us to envision a space where leaders, artists, entrepreneurs, and professionals can rejuvenate and restore balance in their lives. We recognized the need for a nurturing environment to nourish our minds, bodies, and spirits. Our goal is to promote wellness and create a meaningful impact for those driving progress in Boston.
Together, we aim to expand wellness and create impact for those who need it most: the folks who are leading and making Boston work.

About the Event: This event is a thoughtfully curated wellness retreat designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit in an intimate, calming setting. Guests will be welcomed with warm tea, fostering a sense of relaxation and belonging. The retreat will begin with a rejuvenating sound bath, followed by a reflective journaling session. Gain insights from experts in nutrition, fitness, mental health, and more. You'll have the chance to connect with like-minded individuals and explore new ways to prioritize your health and happiness.
Our goal is to leave every participant feeling restored, inspired, and connected. Our event will feature workshops, seminars, and activities focused on living well in mind, body, and spirit.
