Living Wage in Santa Fe

The City of Santa Fe is hosting community events to gather feedback on a proposed Living Wage Ordinance designed to help keep Santa Fe diverse, equitable, and affordable.

• In-person Listening Session – September 15, 2025, 6–8 p.m. at the Southside Library
• Virtual Zoom Webinar – September 16, 2025, 6–8 p.m.

City staff will also participate in a Local Business Meeting on September 23.

This is your opportunity to learn more, ask questions, and share your voice on a proposal that would raise the living wage, tie future increases to housing costs, and support Santa Fe’s working families.
