About this Event

Create a winter that feels like you

A half-day retreat to explore our relationship with the changing season. Through nature connection, journaling, creative collage and sharing delicious seasonal food, we’ll have space to reflect on our connection with winter and what it means to us. An opportunity to slow down, be curious and explore what this season might have to offer us.

There is no one right way to experience this season. This is an invitation to discover your own way and to create a winter that feels more intentional, nourishing and meaningful.

A chance to refelct on your needs and create your own personalised Winter Guide filled with ideas, rituals and inspiration to carry you into the season ahead- a keepsake you can return to and build upon.

A welcoming cacao circle and homemade sweet treat

Your Winter Companion gift pack, including an A4 art journal
