Constellations work approaches organisation and workplace dynamics from a systemic perspective. Practiced internationally for over two decades, systemic constellations work is becoming widely used in coaching, organisational design, leadership and transformation contexts. Systemic work is the practice of seeing connections, enabling connectivity, a kind of web weaving through attentiveness.Join facilitators Dr Undine Whande and Paul Hollesen as they explore questions such as:
