Living Silence unfolds in a landscape of stillness, fresh air and vibrant nature.

a spiral garden, and vast pine forests all around.

In between, we share noble silence,
refraining from conversation and digital distractions,
allowing the mind and nervous system to unwind.

Through humming, singing and simple, intuitive practices,
we explore the voice as a tool for expression, release and connection - beyond words.
No experience is needed.
The invitation is to listen, feel and allow
the voice to emerge naturally.
At times, you will be invited to simply lie down and receive a sound journey
with intuitive voice and instruments,
supporting deep relaxation, letting go and inner exploration.
