As we head into Plastic Free July, it’s the perfect time to explore new habits that help you avoid unnecessary waste and live more lightly. You’ll discover tips for low‑impact living, ways to reduce consumption and simple swaps that make a real difference.
Join Peg Davies from Lessen with Peg, an experienced waste educator, who will guide you through practical steps to live more lightly in your everyday life.
This workshop includes:
- Living lighter presentation with simple, practical ways to reduce your day‑to‑day environmental impact, cheaply and easily.
- A DIY session where you’ll make household products such as toothpaste, deodorant, beeswax wrap and lip balm using ingredients from your kitchen cupboards — and take them home.

These event is designed for adults. Children aged 10 and over may attend if accompanied by an adult. Tickets are required for all participants. Adults are responsible for behaviour and supervision of any young people in their care.
