Living Intuitively? In Today's Times

Weekly spiritual meet up to support you in today's times. In a world of distraction, devices and disconnect there is a greater need for internal connection to the heart, the mind, the body and the soul. You will learn about intuition, what it is and isn't, strengthen your intuitive muscle, hear stories of inspiration, connect with like minded souls, deepen your relationship with higher power, and practice meditation. This class is based on the book 'A Still, Small Voice' by Echo Bodine (recommended reading) and is taught by Trisha Allex. Trisha studied intuition, healing, and mediumship with Echo from 2005-2008.

Today, Trisha is an intuitive energy wellness practitioner and creator of Avesta Collective. She specializes in helping people remember their divine spark within and thrive in their hearts, minds, bodies and souls through her energy wellness services and classes.

Class is on-going weekly to support as needed and is open to all. Venue subject to change and availability, will be in Santa Barbara.
