Day Retreat🪷 In-Person @ Bolton Abbey Village Hall, N Yorks

Unwind in the Yorkshire Dales in the first of our 2 days of meditation retreat at Bolton Abbey Village Hall. A day retreat is an ideal opportunity to gain a deep understanding of Buddha’s teachings and have a special experience of inner peace. 😌
Find beauty and fullness in each moment, learn to let go of the shadows of the past and the worries of the future.
We also have a Day Retreat, Inner Strength – Overcoming Anger, on the Sunday. Each day can be attended separately. If you wish to attend both days of the Retreat, there will be a £10 discount. ✨
