About this Event
Does the Spring season cause you to brace yourself for health challenges every year?

You’ll learn: 1) Why spring time is challenging, and how you can increase your chances of wellness. 2) Health-supporting habits for Spring, straight out of 2000 year-old textbooks.
3) Three foods for seasonal success.
Presenter Tanuj Arany is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine practicing at Golden Body Acupuncture in Providence. They teach at New England School of Acupuncture, which is part of the Massachusetts College of Ph*rm*cy and Health Sciences.
