Location: Lake Superior National Estuarine Research Reserve – Confluence RoomLocal musician and foraging expert, Sophie Hiroko, will guide us to explore the wonderful world of tea from local wild foraged ingredients. Together we will learn how to forage safely and sustainably while also exploring the beauty of Barker’s Island. All supplies will be provided and everyone will leave with a small supply of tea.
