Join Chef Breanna Staker and GCMH Dietitians for interactive cooking demonstrations highlighting a different cultural cuisine at each class. The LiveWell Kitchen Series is a three-part program featuring a different cultural cuisine each month. Classes focus on healthy, balanced cooking techniques, nutritious ingredients, and cultural food traditions, with hands-on demonstrations, tasting, and a Q&A session.
You may attend one or all sessions, and no prior classes are required. Classes are free, but registration is requested.
