Watch live from Leeds Central Library! Join CBeebies stars for a live BBC CBeebies Bedtime Story, but it’s not time for bedtime! It’s time to PARTY! Celebrate the power of storytelling with your whole family and get ready to rave in the library. To mark the National Year of Reading, the BBC is partnering with the British Library’s Living Knowledge Network to bring their BBC CBeebies Bedtime Story read & rave events to libraries nationwide.

This event is great for:

- Watching an event that takes place in Leeds from the comfort of you local library

- Bonding and spending quality time with your child

- Meeting other parents and carers in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere

- Discovering what our libraries have on offer for you and your child

Time: 2:20pm - 2:40pm

Date: Monday 16th February 2026

Age: Young children and their families (Please note: children must be accompanied by an adult at all times)

Can't make it to an event? Please let us know! We understand that sometimes plans change and you may no longer be able to attend an event you've booked. If that happens, we kindly ask that you cancel your booking in advance.

Doing so helps others take your place and ensures that the time, effort, and funding that go into our events are used effectively. Our events are supported by Warwickshire County Council and Arts Council England, and every space matters. When you don’t attend without cancelling, others miss out — and valuable resources go to waste.
