Let me take you down memory lane ….On 5th of July 2013, we made the history: the first fire jam in Liverpool was created under the name of Liverpool Fire Session vol.1
For the last 13 years we have been keeping that event alive, and I am proud to say that we are now reaching a lovely round number: Liverpool Fire Session vol.30 is coming to Sefton Park on Summer Solstice 20-21st of June 2026.
As always, it will be a free and open gathering of friends, fire and circus community and whoever seems to be in the park at that time. It is also and Africa Oye weekend, but Saturday festival line up is only till 9.30pm and with the longest day of the year we will have plenty of park to ourselves.
WHEN AND WHERE
We'll be at our usual spot by the concrete stage from around 8pm to spin, juggle, socialize and have fun! As the sun sets and the darkness falls we will light up our props and dance our way into the night 🌙
WHAT IS LIVERPOOL FIRE SESSION?
It's a "fire jam" - free open gathering for local flow and fire artists in the beautiful surroundings of Sefton Park.
A place to network, share skills and have fun, we welcome audiences to come and experience the beauty of fire and flow arts.
This is NOT a performance, it's a fire jam. We get together and play with fire as and when we feel, there is no schedule, no plan, it's an improvisation. Sometimes we had audience coming and expecting a performance and we want to be very clear and manage the expectations.
Please be responsible and caring for each other, take any rubbish home with you - leave no trace. Much love and see you on Saturday 🔥🔥🔥
