Whether you're an experienced property investor, landlord, developer, sourcer, estate agent, mortgage broker or you're just starting your journey, the Liver Birds Property Summit is designed to give you the knowledge, connections and confidence to move your business forward.

For the first time, we're opening our Summit to everyone. While Liver Birds remains a supportive community founded for women in property, this event welcomes both women and men because we believe great conversations, collaborations and opportunities happen when the right people are in the room.

Our venue, The Clubhouse by Ropewalks, provides the perfect setting for a day of learning and networking, with fantastic food, great facilities and plenty of opportunities to meet investors, developers, landlords and other property professionals from across the region and beyond.

• Tickets include hot drinks, water, canapes and a 2 course buffet lunch. Please ensure you include any dietary requirements for any attendees when booking.
• Accessibility: The main event, including all speaker sessions, networking and catering, is located on the ground floor and is accessible via wide entrance doors. Accessible toilet facilities are also available. Please note that there is an upstairs mezzanine area which may be used for exhibitor or pop-up stalls and is accessible by stairs only. If you have any accessibility requirements or would benefit from any reasonable adjustments, please let us know when booking or contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs wherever possible.
• Tickets are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that the Liver Birds Property Summit is cancelled by the organisers.
• If you can no longer attend, please contact us. Any ticket transfer requests are at the organisers' discretion.
• Whilst every effort will be made to deliver the advertised programme, speakers, timings and content may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. Any necessary changes will be communicated as soon as possible and do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
