Together, we’ll release what doesn’t belong to you, recognize the energy that does, and lovingly call your power back home. Through heart-centered focus and sacred space visualization, you’ll begin to shift low vibrations into peace, clarity, and joy.

about creating space to breathe, feel, and set intentions that support the life you’re ready to live.
What to bring: A yoga mat, blanket and water. Wear comfortable clothes.
