About this Event

A full day of speakers from end-of-life and palliative care settings. Clinicians, patients and families who have been though the experience of witnessing a loved one die, bring their wisdom and guidance to a perspective of patient care that is real, heartfelt and... sometimes...even humorous. Full day includes lunch, afternoon snacks and parking. There will be a wine and cheese social at the end of the day. NOTE: This is a placeholder for the day, more details will follow.
