Retaining mid-career women and gender-diverse professionals continues to be a significant challenge across the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry. This event shifts the conversation from why people leave to why they stay, highlighting the experiences of professionals who have navigated challenges, made career pivots, and built lasting careers in the industry.
The evening will begin with a panel discussion exploring the experiences, decisions, and lessons that have shaped our panelists’ careers:

The discussion will be moderated by Keely Sullivan, City of Calgary.
