Live Music & Healing Meditation in the Round House at The Meadow Orchard

On the cusp of the winter solstice, this event will begin with an invitation to journey inwards, with meditation and gentle voice activation. The session will then flow into a musical & performance, finishing off once again with human voice sound bath and meditation, followed by tea & chat, either around the fire/outside if the weather in fine, or inside of the round house

About Stacey Cohen's music:

Stacey fuses electronic & more folky/indie singer songwriter style music. Often inspired by nature, Stacey will be sharing some of the gentler sides of her electronic and more acoustic music on the night, alongside guiding the audience in healing mediation & voice activation. Inviting everyone to join her optionally in song at moments during the evening, or to simply be and listen with no pressure. A chance to soak up the healing vibration of sound & the vibes in this beautiful, hidden nature spot in the heart of leafy North London.

The event

20% of proceeds go directly to the wonderful Meadow Orchard Project. A very special community permaculture project. The rest to cover the costs, and pay the artist(s) involved on the night.

Will be unsuitable for children under 8 years old. Older children are very welcome to join with a ticket, which is by donation in advance anyway.

You will need:

Tea will be provided at the end, bring a cup. If you want to have a hot drink throughout, you are also welcome to bring a thermos. There will be no bar or food, and this event is alcohol free. Bring what you need.

Bring a cushion / yoga mat or whatever you would like to sit on /blankets to get cosy with. There will be a heater, but it will be winter. And depending on numbers we will be sitting or lying down. And warm layers just incase.

It is a tiny venue with small capacity, so it will be cosy and nice, just a blanket will feel good. There are around 10 or 12 seated spaces around the roundhouse edge, built into the cob, the rest will be spaces on cushions or yoga mats, seated or lying down on the lovely wooden floor.

If you need to reserve a seat, or have any mobility issues, or any concerns at all, please do get in touch and we will do our absolute best to meet your needs. There are toliets on site very close to the round house.

Please keep to paths to protect the meadows delicate eco system. And dont delay in booking as this is an intimate event which is likely to sell out quickly.

The Meadow Orchard Project is located behind Park Rd Medical Centre. The entrance is through a gate at the very back of the car park.
