LIVE FASTer Way Community Leg Day!

We are really giving July’s leg day a feel for summer with a change of location. We love Michele’s Dance Company and will be back but summer is short lived here so let’s take advantage and take it outside! The new boardwalk is open on the south side entrance to the Mohawk Valley Gateway Overlook and it’s time to have a little fun on it! We’re going to sweat, we’re going to work hard, we’re going to celebrate with our community and we’re going to smile! This event is free and open to anyone!
