Calling all shy dancers! We are creating a safe space for us to let loose! No worries if you're not a dancer we will learn 2 quick dance moves together. DJ Garrett has been Dj ing long enough to know that true expression doesn't come easy for some. He has a gentle way of coaxing out your inner disco queens and kings. Or just come for the yoga and become a wall flower and let the energy bloom. 1/2 hour of yoga to warm up then Line dance (easy lead ones) followed by free dance.
