For those who want to catch their breath in between all the ADE festivities, we offer a special yoga edition under guidance of our yoga teacher Mira aka Mirflow, who will be accompanied by DJ Inphiknight.
This DJ Set Yoga special during ADE is an eclectic sound journey yogaclass with a nice fusion between Dynamic Vinyasa Flow and Calming Yin Yoga.
Mira: “This class is a nice fusion between dynamic Vinyasa Flow and calming Yin Yoga guided by an eclectic sound journey. The classes are grounding, deep, fun and playful. What to get out of it differs from one person to another. It can be for rest, strength, trust, flexibility, courage, or balance. Yoga is all about being conscious of your mind, body, breathing, thoughts, and emotions. I think this is something everybody needs during a hectic week like ADE"
