Imagine dancing to improvised piano music, on a journey through different styles, inner and outer movements.
This special workshop has been living in the Netherlands for 6 years, this will be the first one in Glasgow.
Always different, always fascinating. A co-creation of dancers and pianist.
The piano creates the space for your dance, leads and follows, carries and challenges, invites and surprises.
We start with a short guided body meditation, followed by 1,5 hour of dance guided and held by only piano music (sometimes singing).
Stef Vink is a Dutch pianist/composer.
He's also a creative dancer,
fascinated by conscious, meditative dance.
His attuned piano improvisation creates a unique space for the dance.
