Join the Italian American Cultural Organization for a relaxed evening of great food, live cooking, and good company featuring Boston’s North End favorite Kenny Palazzolo.
Hosted at Maria’s Trattoria in Braintree, this interactive event brings the flavors and traditions of Italy to life as Kenny prepares one of his signature dishes right in front of you while sharing stories from his years cooking in Boston’s North End.
Whether you love Italian food, enjoy learning new recipes, or simply want a great night out with friends, this event is the perfect mix of food, culture, and social atmosphere.

About Kenny Palazzolo
Kenny Palazzolo grew up surrounded by the rich food traditions of Boston’s North End and is known for his engaging, story-filled cooking demonstrations.
In 2019, Kenny and three of his cousins were selected to compete on Season 1 of Gordon Ramsay’s The F Word Live, forming the cooking team known as the Italian Stallions.
His demonstrations blend authentic Italian cooking, humor, and stories from the North End, making every event both educational and entertaining.
